Just like you I was also engaged and rearing to begin this wedding journey, so I totally get where you are at as first-time “wedding planners”. The information overload, mom’s-in-law-to-be, Pinterest inspo galore and all your friend’s weddings you’ve attended in the past 6 months!

Envisioning how you want your photo memories to look all starts with choosing the right photographer and I know how daunting that can be.

Here are some things I am sure you are gonna ask:

  • Are we gonna gel?
  • I have never been in front of a camera before, can you make me look at least half decent?

  • How are we gonna actually do this thing?

How I roll

I have been shooting weddings for over a decade now. I see what works and what does not. I also experienced weddings where I came away feeling elated and full of energy and “why-didn’t-I-think-of-that’s”! And then there were those weddings that had me questioning why we choose certain traditions and how they relate to us today.

I am on a mission to break the mould. I want to forge a path that is unique and over-flowing with oozy-realness. And I want YOU to join me on this path! Really ask yourself those deep questions of “Why are we doing this?” “Is this what we need right now?” “What makes US unique??”

I care

This is not a job for me and the way I run my business is the same way I run my personal life. I live for honest-to-goodness, down-to-the-bones authenticity. I want to connect with my couples and go a little deeper than just another vendor at your wedding. I have found that this is what beautiful photographs are made of and if there isn’t this connection it reflects in the way you view your photos later on.
